I think part of the reason that Tucker Estate Sales is so effective is the powerful mother/daughter team of Sue and Cherish Tucker.  For one thing, these woman bridge the generation gap.  Among other reasons are their work ethic, their intelligence, and their willingness to cheerfully work with folks.  Downsizing or liquidating is a difficult process for all of us.  We were comfortable with Sue and Cherish.  We now count them as trusted friends.
